1. About these terms

These terms apply to every purchase from onestrap.co ("Onestrap", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them. Please also read our Refund policy, Shipping policy and Privacy policy, which form part of these terms.

2. Our products

Onestrap is a patellar support strap. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose, treat or cure any condition, and does not replace advice from a GP or physiotherapist. If your knee pain is new, severe or follows an injury, please seek medical advice first. Stop using the strap if it causes discomfort, numbness or skin irritation.

Images on this website, including lifestyle photography and video, are illustrations and may differ slightly from the product you receive.

3. Orders and contract

When you place an order you will receive an email acknowledging it. A contract between you and us is formed when we dispatch your order. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable or a pricing error is obvious — and if we do we will refund you in full.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Bundle prices and offers are shown on the product page and applied at checkout. Delivery charges are set out in our Shipping policy and shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order and is processed securely by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card details.

5. Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses as described in our Shipping policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

6. Returns and cancellations

You can return your order within 60 nights of delivery under our guarantee, and you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of delivery. Full details are in our Refund policy.

7. Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

8. Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, or for business losses. We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Website use

All content on this website, including text, images and logos, belongs to Onestrap or its licensors and may not be copied without permission. Please don't misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

10. Reviews and communications

If you submit a review or comment, it must be honest and reflect your own experience. We may moderate or remove content that is unlawful, offensive or misleading.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one shown on this page when you placed it.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of your home country.
