Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

Delivery costs

• Orders under £35: £4.00 tracked delivery
• Orders of £35 or more: free tracked delivery

The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

How long it takes

We process orders within 1–2 working days. Delivery then usually takes 5–8 working days. Busy periods and bank holidays can add a little time; we will email you if your order is delayed.

Tracking

Every order is tracked. As soon as your parcel is on its way we send you an email with the tracking number and a link to follow it.

If something goes wrong

• Parcel not arrived: if your tracking hasn't updated for 10 working days, or your order hasn't arrived within 15 working days of dispatch, email support@onestrap.co. We'll investigate with the carrier and send a replacement or a full refund.
• Wrong address: please check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away — we can correct it until the order is dispatched.
• Damaged in transit: see our Refund policy — we replace or refund at no cost to you.
